Each one of us have our own thorns
Protecting us from the world
Some small, some sharp and prickly
Akin to a guard, a sentry.
Even though it's a cause for suffering
Its beauty is in its ugliness
Without thorns roses fall apart
For what is a hand without its fingers?
Sharp as a dagger, will make thou weep
Giveth one security, nursing from evil intentions
A wreath of thorns, to crown the crowning glory
An unseen watcher carrying its duty.

Acrostic Poem
N,- Never fill your heart with hatred and jealousy
E- Endless flowers of love and compassion blossom with generosity
M- Mind, your karma awaits at the end of the day
E - Ego will mar humaneness
S-Sins will showcase without regrets
I- Indulgence in empathy shall erase rage and fury
S- Solace thou shall find arch of enmity broken.
Merriment and holiness in yuletide season
Brightest star shines over the manger
Rejoice Saviour is born to mother Mary and Joseph
Season to be happy, reason to be jolly the holy night whispers.
Admist shivering wintery gloom
On pristine icy glistening ebullience
Poinsettias and holly blooms
Celebration with fervor, Christmas tree shimmers in brilliance.
Air pulsates with magic and carols
Jingling bells entice heart and senses
Christmas showers happiness beyond land and boundaries.
Joyous festive time full of, hymns and prayers.
Let's celebrate Christmas with liberation
Letting go of enimity, envy and malice
Unshackle our mind, embrace humanity with benevolence,
His love and blessings shall remain in the cosmos forever.
I fancy a cup of coffee over you
Bitter-sweet sensation tantalizing
To keep me going every morning.
l fancy a mug of cuppucino
To keep me smiling and in an illusion
And rolling tiredlessly in little space of mine.
I fancy espresso forthy with heart floating romantically
For mine you broke terribly
Left me thrashed and bleeding with your attitude and prejudices.
I fancy strong, dark black coffee
That calms my desolate soul
When you gaze with pride and arrogance.
I fancy a mug of moccha, at night
It's sweet kiss lingers on my lips and drifts
Me to fairyland, away from distress and apathy.
