An ancient practice that originated in India, It involves holistic practice that involves, a combination of physical exercises (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation, flexibility, strength, and balance in the body and brings state of inner peace and tranquility. 

Yoga is the union of the mind and body in the fast-paced modern world. Reduces stress and anxiety and overall mental and physical health. It has impact on our spiritual growth and self-awareness too. 

Let's celebrate this ancient practice and incorporate it into our daily lives.
