Wintery silver melt and thaw
Fields green and sky glimmers blue raw
Spring dances through every bough and leaf
A spirit full of life, warmth and glee
Harbinger of sweetness graces nimble feet
Air fills with a song of hope, of growth , and ease
Awakens each glade with sweetest breeze
Lost in divine beauty and daydreams.
Season of magic and delightful show
Touch O' so caressing, gentle and slow
Beckons forth the crocus oft
