My fate steers me into loneliness
fragile four walls weight me down
thatched roof, ramshackle cast
melancholy I stand under the sun and moon
pain echoes from my heart.
Abandoned in the countryside
besotted in the poison of resentment
engulfed in mist, fog n’ darkness
cursed tired forlorn,
seeking magic to feed my soul,
The universe for me paused in silence
I wait alone, sipping love from skies
with a heavy-lidded eyes n' sweet memories
seeds to return to the soil
from whence they began.
