Novel coronavirus
unknown of its origin
emerged as a silent,
merciless killer.
Who loves to reside in
the body of a human.
Discrimination is not in its nature
caste or creed, race or colour,
is in not in its consideration.
City, village, countries it has no limits
summer or winter who cares
monster creates havoc and chaos
by mutating and adjusting
in all climates and weathers
for its survival.
wearing masks and isolation
has become our fate
isolated are we
but together we stand
No matter how good or bad
all miseries end, time heals and cure.
Long nights will get over
and the sun will again cast its radiance
we will regain our paradise.
These days are not far from sight.
we have prayers and Almighty
on our side.
