I am me
Just ME
In shadows and light of life's play
I tread unapologetic in my own ways
Trying to learn and grow with rising dawn.
With my strength, weakness and flaws.
I say what my heart whispers
Trying to figure out the cosmos alone
Standing in the world of my poetry
Arranging words in rhythm where emotions roam.
Maybe I am nothing in others' eyes
Still I am only one 'neath vast skies
Pensive, soft and a tender being
Just me, a unique creation of the almighty.
