Sunrise

Someone asked me 
Why I await sunrise everyday 
When soon night
Will draw it away.

And then I said with smile 
Sun's gaze breathes
The world with light and warmth 
Wipes gloom away.

Even if it radiates heat 
Its shine is precious 
Keeps hope alive
In a special noble way.
