Twilight
Faraway in the western horizon
Heaven kisses the earth
Romance blossoms in mirth
Sky blushes in eternal love.
I feel the pulses and heartbeats
In the rhythm of the wind
Long and high palm trees
Sways in ebulation gently.
Fledgling awaits for worms
And mother's homecoming
Settled in the cozy nest
Desperate to kiss and hug.
Tired and the exhausted day
Seeks peace and slumber
Twilight in its own radiance
Calm and quiet awaits silvery luna.
